Acne rosacea and acne vulgaris frequently look the same and are often confused. However, while vulgaris can affect any part of your body, mainly the face, back and chest, rosacea is predominantly found on the face and forehead. It takes the appearance of a red rash often containing pimples and bumps in the skin. Since treatment is different from acne vulgaris, medical help is needed to identify the type of acne you have.
With the huge competition going on between the numerous acne removal and prevention products in the market these days, it is no wonder that some companies take the celebrity endorser route and get famous actors, actresses and other well-known names and faces to sell their acne skin care products. While you may be staring in awe at your favorite singer or actress telling you about an amazing acne skin care product that she used to make her skin glow and look flawless, you need to think for a moment. Is your favorite actress telling you the truth or is she just saying what she is saying because she is being paid by the company that manufactures the product she is endorsing?
Lemon juice and rose water makes up an effective solution that can get rid of your acne, and the marks left behind by acne. And from my personal experience it's the most effective out of any other acne treatments. What you do is actually quite simple, you mix these two ingredients together, 50/50% each. Then you apply the solution to a cotton pad or sponge which you then apply to your acne marks. Leave on for 30 minutes or so, then wash off with warm water!
